Make a card that is so milk-spittingly funny that people can't help but send it. (Any day of the year, just to spread some laughter around. Nothing too specific or occasion-based. This means no "birthday" or "holiday" cards.) (We call this a "just for fun" card in the biz). Maybe it's a cartoon with a set-up on the cover and a punch-line on the inside, or it could be a photo with funny word balloons, or even a working model of a 12th century grist mill. Ok, not that. But the other things would be cool.

How does all this funnyness work?

Just send us your original card idea, making absolutely, positively sure it's your idea that originated in your original brain. From the millions of submissions we will no doubt receive, our highly skilled team of guessers will guess in their highly skilled way which 18 make the finals. All finalists will have their funnyness printed and sold nationwide in more than 3,500 participating Gold Crown stores and on Hallmark.com! Then we leave it up to you, World, to pick the Grand Prize Winner.

That lucky duck will receive the cool prizes on the right as well as the enduring admiration of their peers worldwide, except they won't be their peers anymore because now they've surpassed them. (Woohoo! Ditch those former worldwide peers!)
